In a season of firsts, the OLu Flag Football team completed their best first yet, winning the inaugural Trinity League title. Following the Lancers 26-6 win over Rosary on Thursday night, the Lancers captured the league's first title.
OLu got to this point after running the table in Trinity League play, which wraps up with Mater Dei next Tuesday. The Lancers won all seven league games while only giving up only 31 points along the way. They earned shutouts against JSerra, Santa Margarita, and Rosary.
The girls still have a couple of weeks remaining in the season, with games scheduled against Centennial and Villa Park.
